Picasso, Van Gogh, Monet. All great artists; all, when their names are stated, invoke imagery and passion. Today, their glorious works of art are kept in museums or locked on a collector's private collection, and few people get to take in their beauty.

Porsche, Ferrari, Bugatti. All great car builders; again, whose names, when stated, conjure memories, passion and excitement. But fortunately for car enthusiasts, all the works of these craftsmen are not locked in museums and the garages of private collectors; many can be seen racing hard as they used to at many of America's premier race circuits.

The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association was founded over 20 years ago with the vision of keeping vintage race cars on race tracks where they belong, and can delight fans just as they did in their heyday.

And the vision has become a huge success. Today fans can watch many of the most significant race cars spanning five decades compete head-to-head at Road Atlanta.

The response has been huge, from both a spectator and participant perspective. The sites, the sounds, the smells...all proof that at SVRA Some people collect art...we race it!
